It’s that time everyone! It is spotlight on a Britney Army fan. This weeks spotlight goes to flawless Britney Army fan, David LeCours II! Check out his interview below:

What started you to love Britney Spears?

David: I was very young, maybe two or three…isn’t that crazy!? My dad played Baby One More Time and I instantly loved it. I know that might seem so strange to some people that I remember this, but I swear I do and it’s nuts.

 

What was your first Britney Spears concert?

David: It was Brit’s DWADT and I saw it at TD Garden in Boston (when it was still the Fleet Center, lol!) I remember the day like it was yesterday even though I was so young. I went to the show with my Aunt and my Mom and we had a ball, it was incredible.

What is your favorite Britney Spears concert?

David: That’s a tough one! I would say the Piece Of Me shows because those were (and still are) the most magical for me. I was able to meet some of the most amazing and kind people because of Vegas and it was just overall such a fantastic experience each time. I also feel that it was when Britney’s been most happy, so that is a big reason too.

What is your favorite Britney Spears perfume?

David: Midnight Fantasy for sure!

 

What is your favorite Britney Spears song?

David: OMG…this is a tough one too. It changes all the time, but I would say Quicksand or Stronger.

 

What is your favorite unreleased Britney Spears song?

David: Hm, I really love Abroad, it’s very fun and flashy.

 

What is your favorite photoshoot?

David: Ooh, there’s so many. I think my favorite shoot is her Marie Claire UK shoot in 2016 or her 2000 shoot with Jon Ragel, they’re so beautiful and I love the beach photo of her from that shoot too.

 

Have you ever met Britney before, if so explain what you said to her!

David: I have! Each time I thanked her for all that she’s done for me. You know, I wouldn’t be who I am if it weren’t for her and I think it’s so important that she knows how many lives she’s changed in her life.

 

What do you admire about Britney?

David: She’s genuine, real, sweet, loving, funny, silly, and overall an incredible woman.

What is your favorite Britney TV moment?

David: I loved when she hosted SNL during the Crazy 2K tour era, it was so funny.

 

Favorite Britney Quote?

David: “I go through life like a karate kid” for sure.

 

 

Why do you love Britney Spears?

David: I could write a novel on this question, but I’ll keep it short and sweet. Her passion and love for her fans + music is beyond generous and the fact that she is so down to earth, it really touches my heart.

 

Favorite song off “Glory”?

David: Invitation for sure!!!! I so wish (and hope) she’ll perform this song one day.

 

Has Britney have helped or inspired you in your life?

David: She has! She’s the reason I am the way I am and I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for her unconditional love and support.

 

Are you seeing Britney’s “Piece Of Me” tour?

David: I am, in Connecticut! I can’t wait.

 

Favorite memory Britney has done in her career that you loved?

David: I loved when she started Vegas, she seemed so at piece and just so happy. There’s nothing more that warms my heart than seeing her genuinely happy.

 

Are you looking forward to new Britney Spears music?!?!

David: I’m so not ready, my weave glue is in my hand and ready for when she comes to snatch.

Anything you would want to tell Britney if she was reading this?

David: I love you. You’re an incredible woman and you’re presence on this earth is so meaningful.

Britney Spears will be the highest paid woman in 2019 when she returns to Las Vegas!

The Queen of Las Vegas is returining next year to Las Vegas and she will be the highest paid woman in 2019 beating Celine Dion! Britney Spears is set to return to Las Vegas at the MGM and set to rake in $500,000 (half a million) per show, starting with an initial two-year run, making her the highest-paid woman on the Strip! There were multiple rumors of Britney returning to Las Vegas but we at Absolute Britney can confirm that it is 100% true and Britney will be returning to Las Vegas in 2019!

Now the question is will the show be completely changed or will Britney be keeping the same “Piece Of Me” show. According to Mirror.com, “Britney will be reworking her Piece Of Me show, and built around the anniversary of her debut hit “Hit Me Baby” (….Baby One More Time)”.  We personally think Britney should change her entire show and rename it. We hope she adds a whole new set list with different songs, which we are sure Britney will be. We are excited for this next chapter for Britney! Who is excited and what do you hope Britney will change for her new residency?!?!

Spotlight on Britney Army Fan Cody Spearz!

It’s Sunday y’all and you know what that means! Its spotlight on a flawless Britney Army fan! This week we are featuring our spotlight on flawless member, Cody Spearz! Cody has always had the queens back since he was 5 years old and still today he defends/adores our queen on his social media account! Check out his interview below:

1) What started you to love Britney Spears? 

My earliest memory of Britney is when I was 5 years old. I was at Best Buy with my parents and they were looking at TV’s and on every screen the Baby One More Time video was playing. I was glued to the TV and completely infatuated with her from that point on. The sales associate working there saw how excited I was and handed me her CD and my parents bought it for me. The rest is history.

 
 
2) What was your first Britney Spears concert? 

It was a long time coming. Since I was little I dreamed of getting the chance to see her in concert. Unfortunately when I was 10, my Onyx date was canceled due to her knee injury. But I finally saw her for the first time on March 30, 2009 in Houston. I was all the way up in the nosebleeds but I’ll never forget watching her descend on stage from the big ring and feeling like my whole life had led up to that moment.

 
 
3) What is your favorite Britney Spears concert? 

I’m assuming this means which tour is my favorite. My favorite tour is onyx.

 
 
4) What is your favorite Britney Spears Perfume?

5) What is your favorite Britney Spears Song? 
Tough one. It’s between Overprotected and Touch of My Hand. I Run Away is a really underrated gem though. That’s definitely my favorite bonus track of hers. 
6) What is your favorite unreleased Britney Spears song? 

Mood Ring

 
7) What is your favorite photoshoot? 

In The Zone. That picture of her in the black leather jacket standing in the doorway.. that’s my all time favorite Britney pic.

 
 
8) Have you ever met Britney before, if so explain what you said to her!

Yes I have. In summer 2011 backstage at the Femme Fatale Tour. The whole thing is a blur but I do remember telling her the story about baby One More time and Best Buy… and I just remember her smiling really big and saying “that is so sweet”. Later during the show during Baby I noticed her scanning the front row and she winked at me during the song. That made my night

 
 
9) What do you admire about Britney?

I see her as a Phoenix. Someone who time after time has been put down and dragged through the mud, yet rises up each time. Everything that’s thrown at her, she takes it all in stride. And she’s never let this world get the best of her or take her out of her character. Has never blamed anyone for her problems, has stayed humble, and is genuinely a kind person despite how cruel people have been to her. That’s so admirable.

 
 
10) What is your favorite Britney TV moment? 
Whatever you got ill eat it, snort it, or ride it baby
 
11) Favorite Britney Quote? 
“You’ll never see it my way because you’re not me”
 
 12) Why do you love Britney Spears?
 because I feel like her music is like an old friend who’s always been there. Through highs and lows. 
 
13) Favorite song off “Glory”?

 14) Has Britney have helped or inspired you in your life?
Definitely. She’s helped me speak my mind and not care what anyone thinks or says about me. 
 
 
15)  Are you seeing Britney’s “Piece Of Me” tour? 
I saw it 13 times. And I’ll see it for the last time in Texas this October!
 
 
16) Favorite memory Britney has done in her career that you loved?
that’s too hard to answer. Her career is filled with so many moments I love. 
 
 
 17) Are you looking forward to new Britney Spears music?!?!
uh yeah 
 
18) Do you have a favorite memory of anything Britney has done? 

the ABC special she did for in the zone. That was a gift from god.

 
 
19) Has Britney Spears ever sent you anything? 
  yes! She’s sent me a handwritten letter along with tickets to piece of me. She also sent me a slumber party onesie around my birthday. The onesie was probably from her team… but I tell myself it was britney.. lol
 
20) Anything you would want to tell Britney if she was reading this? 

Thank you for being you. At the end of the day as long as you are happy, we are happy.

Pitbull reveals he’s collaborating with Britney Spears on a new song!

Looks like there may be new Britney music coming our way!

Singer, Pitbull, reveled that he has a song coming out titled ” I Feel So Free with you” featuring Britney Spears and Marc Anthony.

Move to Miami isn’t the only new music Pitbull has on deck, either. He revealed he has a collaboration with Britney Spears and Marc Anthony coming out called “I Feel So Free With You,” which is sure to be epic. He described the track as “volcanic” and now we’re counting down until we can hear it. 

The new track with Britney makes sense because he’s about to head out on tour with the Queen of Pop soon. While speaking about how he ended up joining Britney on tour, Pitbull said“it came about because we started the Vegas shows together.  I’m a big fan.”

We can’t wait to hear what this song sounds like! New Britney music is coming and we can’t wait!
