Britney Spears has put one of her Thousand Oaks, California dream home on the market, reports Trulia. After purchasing a second house in the area six months ago, the singer is listing this first property she purchased back in 2012 for a cool $8.9 million. The single-story, Spanish style estate clocks in at a whopping 8,456 square feet, sprawled across two plots for a total of over 61,000 square feet of land. The lavish mansion features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two offices, a cinema room, plus an impressive pool and outdoor entertaining deck with gorgeous views of the Santa Monica mountains. If this is the property Spears is letting go of, we can’t even imagine how amazing her new home must be.
The house is absolutely beautiful! Besides for the stunning location and the amazing interior, the fact that Britney has lived in the house, is enough selling power!
One can only dream… We envy the new home owner already!

With the numerous singles released from the iconic, ‘Britney,’ album, it is a shame that this amazing track did not get the single treatment. But then again, the album is absolutely flawless and we can name at least another 4 songs that should have made the cut.
‘Let’s just face it, better off alone and I won’t turn back,’ sings Britney in this powerful break up anthem, dripping with absolute fierceness. The track is a perfect blend of Pop meets Rock and the heavy use of guitar gives the song that sassy edge, for that little bit of an ‘umph’ when you are sending your ex packing. The song was penned by Britney herself, alongside song writing legends Josh Schwartz, Brian Kierulf and Rodney (Darkchild) Jerkins. The track proved that Britney could hold her own in penning mega hits! The song was performed in her, ‘Dream Within A Dream,’ tour and both the performance and the track was heavily praised by fans and critics alike.

It is her favourite holiday destination, so when Britney finds a break in her schedule, you are guaranteed to find her soaking up the sun rays in Hawaii! Britney kicked off the week by breaking the internet with a bikini snap on Instagram!
Wowzers! That toned body was the talk of the town and a not so subtle reminder that summer is on it’s way… get to the gym and work, bitch! For the third week a row, Britney has been slaying headlines, by simply teasing us with that super fine body. It is as if she does not even realise how many heart rates she is raising and how dangerous it is for our health…
….We cannot deal! Britney even snipped up her old Pretty Girls outfit, into something way sexier! (We kid, we know the outfit is new)

We agree! It is almost like they need to bring down Brit and Madge all the time.
